BP scaling back oil response efforts

The incoming CEO of BP, Robert Dudley, who was recently named to take over from much-maligned current CEO, Tony Hayward, has said the company will begin scaling back its oil containment efforts as the leak appears to be completely sealed.
No new oil has leaked into the Gulf of Mexico for two weeks now, giving BP hope that the worst of the disaster may be over. However, Dudley promised Gulf residents that the oil giant would continue to support them and honor its compensation promises in the long-term.
“We’ve had some good news on the oil...but that doesn't mean we’re done. We’ll be here for years,” Dudley told reporters in the US state of Mississippi, marking his first trip to the Gulf since the BP Board of Directors voted for him to replace Hayward.
At the same press conference, Dudley also confirmed that the static kill operation had been postponed until Tuesday, a day later than planned.
Coast Guard Admiral Thad Allen, the US government’s point man on the crisis, told the media the delay was due to sediment and debris gathered around the well-head during a recent storm, which has to be cleared away.
The static kill procedure is the final step in BP’s project to close, once and for all, its leaking oil well, which has caused vast devastation to the sensitive ecosystems of the region and the economic stability of the Gulf States.
The operation involves the pumping of mud and cement into the well via the cap which was installed on July 15th, it is hoped that this will shut down the well entirely.  Email this story to a friend

letter to President Obama
The following is a letter sent to Obama and all in our Federal Government and BP and most that have had a hand in working the work to get control of the blown out well.
My allegations and condemnations against our Administration and BP are clearly proven — - now the next thing that I must do is get this in the face of We the People to drive public unrest to a fever pitch to bring about indictments of many in a criminal court of law.
Any one who has a good publication or news show to help drive this along please let me know.

SUBJECT: STATIC KILL might bring chills when the flimsy rubber seal gives way and moves up and again comes the ragging beast again — - too late in the game to continuing doing wrong things
Sir,
You and your entire staff are set to take it on the chin again unless a few good things are done now before BP rushes head long in and breaks down the plugs in the well pumping into it and here comes pressures that can not be contained by the flimsy rubber seal arraignment of their iron being used now.
Now to fix things before they go all wrong again might be a simple fix for them. Casing that is being set to pump cement and mud into the well must go from the cap up to and through the Mother Ship. Once there a snub down set of cables can be installed to keep all of that iron in secure state. They will have a wellhead set of valves wings and other things to tie the pumps onto. That is the group of equipment to secure the tie down lines too, it is called snubbing in oil and gas engineering circles.
Now unless you have not seen, the Federal Government and BP owe me $175 million. BP is using my Tame Nature plans and process at this time but yet like the casing being run up just 2000 ft as has been reported is dumb as can be. I do not like BP any way any how I know that they are men who know how to crook the books and are the best crooks that survived when Lord Browne took over BP and fired about all the good oil and gas engineers to cut cost.
Final note: Our federal Government and BP are in a deep abyss right now for they were so entwined refused to see the merits in the Tame Nature plan and because of that 90 days or more of horror has been felt by our people on the gulf and all the Rich Resources it has provided for us for years. And when that is made public and it will many at the top of the heap will have more to do they ever thought before.

Today BP announced they were going to use my patented product and process to kill the blown out well. About time they did they have had my plan TAME NATURE with an overshot since May 13, 2010. See it on the Internet

Now what about all the time in between now going on 93 days when they knew of my plan and decided not to use it, and did not. WHY — - that is for International Courts decide.
How many more dead and dying from the dispersants used — — how much more damage to our Gulf has occurred, and at the bottom of all of that how about our Federal Government employees that knew of my plan and got feeble in mind became mummified.
Evidence abounds and points the finger directly at those many offenders of conscience, common law and All. Some have become so transfixed to tell the BP lies they have lost out on using all acts of conscience any longer.
Now, where does a rub come it to play? We the People are a communed group of sovereign citizens relying on our Nation of Laws. Yet in the past when needed law enforcement was summoned it was not to be found, to work as our laws intended.
Therefore are we a people that has been set up to be taken down by a bunch of fanatical clowns that revere not the basic tenets of our belief systems? Acts of Conscience rules the roost let no one ever tell you differently. All men and women born — - inherit conscience from our Creative Genius God.
The Rule of Law of Conscience is the same here as in China or the Netherlands and so on.
So what about BP and the Obama Administration running rough shod over us — — and those many affected in our Gulf Region? I submit that they think and believe that they can bury all this mess over time and all will go free not to suffer the consequences of the crimes committed long and short term.
If that is what many think and believe it may be time for us as a people to get off this USA treadmill and get going in another direction.
And that too can be had in International Courts set up to prosecute those who have committed acts of terror against their own people.
Now the weak and feeble and those unable to see right from wrong will not agree that a fix is standing in the wings if we will but act. How do you fit into that equation?
