If you look at the words I capitalized in this comment, you will see that this writer whether fictitious name or not I don’t know) pushing his trade mocking and making fun of people like us using the words: DOOMSAYING (ALIAS FOR CRAZY PEOPLE), OPPOSED TO TECHNOLOGICAL NOVELTY, UNLIKELY (UNLIKELY IS A POLITE WAY TO MEAN WEIRD) TRIO.

I guess from what he the dumb-ass fully loaded with money for him to drive a luxury car, eat in fancy restaurants, travel abroad, own homes abroad, etc...) meant is that opposition to biological weapon of mass destruction against the Chinese people is ANTI-TECHNOLOGICAL NOVELTY.
